Processing Times All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing high order volumes, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay with your order.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times once dispatched are as follows:
- Metro areas (VIC): 1–3 business days
- Interstate metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Damaged or Lost Parcels We take great care in packaging your order. If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@thehomegiftingco.com.au or 0408 126 439 so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. The Home Gifting Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@thehomegiftingco.com.au and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
